Swedish Cutting Board - Kitchen Aids
A multi-functional tool designed for one-handed use, the Swedish Cutting Board takes much of the stress out of food preparation and cutting. It can be used to slice and grate food or hold mixing and salad bowls while stirring.
The Swedish Cutting Board features a vise to hold larger items, including jars and mixing bowls. It includes a stainless-steel spike insert that holds vegetables for slicing. Insert can be turned over to provide smooth cutting surface. Ideal for persons who have had a stroke or have neurological impairments that limit them to the use of one hand. Rubber suction feet adhere the board securely in place.

i LOVE my swedish cutting board! i had a stroke and am lame on my left side. the sliding brace is a real inspiration! unfortunately, some fool guest got rid of the two little sticks that hold the food while you brace it with the sliding gizmo. the sticks are squared off, and have a little pin at one end. i hope you know what i mean. is there any chance of buying just these sticks? please let me know! yours, maggi e.

I would be helpless in the kitchen without this item! The clamping mechanism helps from opening poptop cans to holding bowls for mixing. For one hand operation, it's tops. In fact, this is the second one I purchased because I was afraid of the first breaking and I wouldn't be able to replace it. It is a necessity!!!!!!!!

I LOVE MY CUTTING BOARD MAKES IT SO EASY TOPEEL CUCUMBERS,POTATOES AND SUCH!DOING THESE CHORES ONE HANDED TAKES THE JOY OUT OF DOING IT! THE CUTTING BOARD ALMOST PUTS YOU ON A LEVEL PLAYING FEILD WITH OTHERS! MY MAIN CONCERN RIGHT NOW IS FINDING OUT HOW TO BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS! CAN ANYBODY HELP ME IN THIS SEARCH?
