A primary wound dressing consisting of Type I bovine collagen in the proper triple helical molecular form, specific to wound healing. Enhanced surface area/density of collagen fibrils allows more collagen to come in contact with wound surface. Removes exudate while reducing inflammation and edema. Allows gas exchange.
