Before the Stealth SSA was developed I had to be content with 25% hearing in my left ear. Mainly this was because of the outlandish cost for professional hearing aids. In the past few years low cost hearing amplifiers have come on the market, but none of them until Stealth SSA gave reliable performance, plus rechargeable. The only problems I detected, though not major problems were that their largest ear piece tends to slip out from time to time and the volume could go a fraction higher. Perhaps these problems will be correct in the future, but until then I am fairly happy with the unit I have and the price is just right.

I purchased this item for my mother-in-law.
She has lost the plastic adjustable ear pieces that fit the ear, she is unable to use.
