I bought one of these for my 75 year old mom and loved it so much I got one myself! My mom has osteoarthritis and was having trouble with her personal hygiene. The swash helps her with daily personal hygiene so she can continue living at home. The heated seat alone is worth it!

A couple of my friends visited Japan and when they got back they couldn't stop talking about the bidet style of toilets they have. They even went out and bought one. I thought that they were crazy to go spend that type of money. They travel a lot and the next time they went out of town they asked me to housesit. I used the Brondell Swash 800 High Tech Toilet and was hooked. It was a little weird the first time, but I grew to love it, especially the warm air dryer and heated toilet seat. I also thought that it was really neat that you can choose the water tempterature. I just got my own a couple weeks ago and am thrilled. It's one of those types of products that after you've tried it, you can never go back.
