To operate: Twist the Shake N Take bottle to the right so the small lever in the base of the unit is depressed. Once depressed, the small lever engages the motor in the base of the unit. (If you twist the bottle too hard, it may make it difficult to remove the bottle from the base.) Push the button in the base to engage the motor. Hold the button down until desired consistency. To remove the bottle, twist the Shake N Take bottle to the left while grasping the base of the bottle. Lift the built in straw and enjoy your creation! (Warning: Extreme heat in a dishwasher can deform the bottle!) |  |

I received one for my birthday back in April '09. I use it almost every morning at the Office after working out. It blends a banana, protien powder and a couple ice chips perfectly!! Much better than using the old shaker. I bought a second one for at home so my boys can make fruit smoothies and they love how easy it is. Before they could never make one by themselves using the old full-size blender. Now each boy has his own cup to be responsible for cleaning and using. Now for an after school snack they make their own fruit conconctions and love them. Much better than chips after school. As long as these units can last a year or more then they are totally worth it!
