My husband has a problem with swallowing; a tumore that he had in his esphos... He needs to get lots of calories since his intake of food is limited. We usually order 2 cases about every 6 weeks. Your prices are lower than I have found in my area and I hope you continue with your low prices; sometimes maybe a discount coupon!!! Thank you Mrs. Barrett
