I just got this chair for my grandma. I can't tell you how much easier/safer it has made her life!!! She seams a lot happier too! My grandpa already had a Lazy Boy lift chair he had purchased a while back. He decided my grandma's Pride lift chair was a lot better. This incurred jealousy so we bought a second chair..for him this time. Your customer service team is top-notch and everyone in our family is happy! The lift chairs are their new favorite furniture pieces. They show the chair to EVERYONE as they joke and laugh about their old-age imparements together (I think they are just trying to show off their chairs). It's so cute. Our only regret is that we didn't find ActiveForever.com sooner! Thanks again!
