I need to know if the heat is adjustable and how the water is circulated and heated. Is it water inside the coils? I would like to get this for my wife but need to know more about it.

Click Here to view - Cool-or-Heat Seat Cushion The heat on this seat cushion is not adjustable. However the fluid is water with a little glycol so it doesn't freeze. You simply refill the seat cushion with water for the first year and if you are on the East Coast, you can put a little anti-freeze in it for next winter (non-haz. kind). The fluid cools or heats through the tubes and you feel it through the cushion. The technology is called Thermo-electric. It's similar to the tech they use with the coolers for the car that you plug into the lighter.
