This cushion is great for more than just comfort, but If you have a hyper child in school or at the kitchen table this helps. A child balancing themselves on this cushion while at school or at home distracts their mind and they focus more an balancing. It calms them down and they pay more attention because the balancing is more of a subconscious state of mind.

I am a frequent at the local gym, always trying to find new workouts that will help me look and feel my best. Just recently a close friend of mine recommended I tweak my workouts with this balance cushion…and let me say that it makes a difference! I’ve always tried to include a few balance exercises in my workout routines, but this cushion allows me to work on balance, as well as target and strengthen new muscles. I generally use it for push-ups, lunges (holding weights in each hand), crunches and standing curls. As a result I have also seen improvements in my balance during other extracurricular activities such as basketball, tennis and rock climbing. I recommend picking one up!

No tools are required to inflate this cushion. All you need is to pull out the plug located on the side of the cushion and blow into the hole. It usually requires 2 puffs to fill the balance cushion with air.

Keep in mind that it doesn't need to be filled up solid like a ball or a balloon. It should still be somewhat soft so it conforms to your body when you sit on it.

Great product, and very comfortable to sit. Perfect for anyone like me who has to sit at a computer all day.

I have the same question. How can I get a pump to inflate the Disc O Sit Balance Cushion and how much pressure should it have. I did not get any kind of documentation with it.

You don't need a pump for the cushion. Mine arrived today and I just inflated it by mouth. It was easier than blowing up a standard balloon.
